Sacred Heart recently went through the re-accreditation process with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).  Their findings demonstrate the continued improvement and expectations we require not only from our students but also from ourselves.

"From the student art work and photographs that line the hallways to the interactions among the teachers and students in classrooms, the genuine concern for the well being of the total child is evident and directly reflective of the school’s mission and vision" (External Review Report, 2014).

Indeed, Sacred Heart of Jesus High School is devoted to preparing young men and women for their futures. We are dedicated to the holistic development of the mind, body, and spirit of our students. Therefore, we offer rigorous honors courses, diverse athletic programs, and a variety of extracurricular activities. Our growing AP programs and expansive curriculum allow for students to both recognize and maximize their potential.  Additionally, our students have the opportunity to participate in a number of athletic teams. These programs not only offer the chance to challenge oneself physically and mentally but also foster the camaraderie that has become Sacred Heart's defining characteristic and contribution to our community.  Finally, our extracurricular activities and school-wide international travel program both facilitate our students' unique talents and promote community involvement and service. These diverse opportunities make an impact on our students, and prepare them to make an impact on society.
