The journey of a Sacred Heart student is marked by discovery of gifts and talents, freedom to learn and grow, and deepening of Christian faith.

SCHOLARS

Sacred Heart graduates have matriculated from some of the greatest universities in the United States. Brown, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Sewanee, Saint Louis University, Spelman, and Washington University are only a few of the hundreds of institutions attended by our graduates. The academic diligence instilled at Sacred Heart has served them well in professions such as medicine, engineering, law, finance, and other disciplines. Many graduates have chosen to join the armed forces in service to our country, and many have gone on to excel in much-needed trades.

ARTISTS

In the worlds of music, theatre, dance, and visual arts, many Sacred Heart graduates have gone on to study and work in these competitive disciplines. Attending top schools such as University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Southeast Missouri State University, UT Knoxville, Fisk, Oberlin, Savannah College of Art and Design, and more, our graduates have distinguished themselves in their various disciplines and professions.

ATHLETES

Athletics have been integral to Sacred Heart since the founding of our school. Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Volleyball, Tennis, and even Golf flourished here. Our graduates have gone on to play at the college and professional levels (even with the Atlanta Braves!), and many have become coaches themselves. 

As Marianne Williamson wrote, “We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.”

Our graduates have gone into the world with the goodness, discipline, and knowledge instilled in them at Sacred Heart of Jesus High School.
